This project is large sized project divided in two apartment blocks with over 40 apartments and several commercial spaces covering a space of more than 5600 square meters.

The architectural design was based on the lot shape, cardinal orientation and urban plan parameters anticipated for this residential zone. Another variable of the architectural design was the apartment typology based on collective living spaces standards and clients requests, creating healthy and inspiring living spaces.

The external expression of the building is a reflection of the interior functionalities, simple and in conformity with the neighborhood.
