This project was conceptualized based on the traditional character of the restaurant and clients requests, therefore materials used in the interior are designed to create a tone of cozy atmosphere and traditional character. Wood and brick were chosen based on the character of the traditional architecture of the city while the white color balances these two materials. Attention was paid to details such as creating the patina of the wood, wall textures and chimney as the central element of the traditional room (oda).

The main hall of the restaurant in the first floor has a huge opening towards landscape in front of it, which can open and converting the restaurant in an indoor - outdoor space. The interior was completed with the help of local craftsmen such as carpenters and masons who possess the traditional know-how in their respective fields.
