This residential apartment block is built (as continuation) in the urban tissue built in 60's comprised of modern, 3 to 4 stories apartment blocks built in both sides of a main street. This characteristic of the context was an important variable and lesson when designing this building. 

The architectural design was based on the lot shape, cardinal orientation and urban plan parameters anticipated for this zone. Another variable of the architectural design was the apartment typology based on collective living spaces standards and clients requests, creating healthy and inspiring living spaces. 

The external expression of the building is a reflection of the interior functionalities, in conformity with the surrounding area therefore the building appears to have humble design complementing the architectural character of the zone.
